Operators (Level 2) for Wash and Dry Plants– Will oversee production throughput and produce product within quality specifications. Ensure production process operates safely and efficiently, oversee production process of an area of the plant; and the product produced conforms to the quality specifications. Monitor and troubleshoot equipment and perform preventative and routine maintenance. Should have 1+ year of manufacturing, mining, or aggregate experience. Experience within a Dry Plant/Asphalt Plant is preferred.

Industrial Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic – Will troubleshoot and repair machinery, mechanical equipment and systems utilized in the day-to-day operations of product processing. Assist with scheduled, preventative and predictive maintenance tasks and diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment. Knowledgeable in at least two of the following areas - electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery/equipment. Prior work with pumps, gearboxes, belt drives, bearings pulleys, belt conveyors. Understands mechanical drive alignment. Knowledge of conveyor belt tracking and repair is an advantage. Able to use oxy/acetylene torch. Must have 1-2 years of Industrial Mechanic or similar experience.

Industrial Electricians – Will troubleshoot and repair machinery, mechanical equipment and systems utilized in the day-to-day operations of product processing. Assist with scheduled, preventative and predictive maintenance tasks and diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment. Install power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment such as conveyors and programmable controllers. Troubleshoot plant issues pertaining to PLC issues and controls logic. Connect power supply wires to and between machines and equipment. Replace faulty electrical components of machine such as relays, switches, motors and position sensing devices. Conduct on-call duties as needed. Must have 3+ years of electrical troubleshooting and repair or similar experience. Plant Manufacturing Journeyman or General Journeyman license, preferred. Fluent understanding of 3-phase power supply, feeders and current limiting devices. Experience working with electrical motors, relays, switches, sensors and lighting fixtures. Knowledge and navigation of NEC codes. PLC and instrumentation experience is a plus.
